The duct clean of the air ducts through the Aria Technology
A patented system
Aria SpA has developed and patented over the years a number of methods and technologies dedicated to improving the indoor air quality. Aria SpA has devoted particular interest to the duct clean of air conditioning distribution ducts and verification/monitoring of then. The practicality, effectiveness and flexibility of this technology have encouraged the adoption in the treatment of simple and complex systems, and in hazardous operating conditions.
The Aria SpA patented system for duct clean of air conditioning distribution ducts is based on the action of compressed air heads.
The head, thanks to a suitably conveyed air flow, creates an air curtain, “air knife“, which attacks the contaminants and the detaching particulate deposits with speed and effectiveness that have no counterpart in traditional mechanical systems. The air flow imposed by the conformation of the head has the peculiarity to exploit some principles of physics, which force the same head to keep in constant contact with the inner surface of the duct to be cleaned, thus ensuring the progress of the head irrespectiving of the conformation of the duct (round, rectangular, pre-isolated, oval, small in size, big, bend, sheet, change of section). The head also self advances inside the ducts with an effective and efficient range of 25/30 meters horizontally and about 8/10 meters vertically.
The useful range of action and the small size of the head allow to minimize the amount and size of the openings access to the plant to be sanitized, safeguarding the integrity as much as possible. Often are even used gates already existent as holes for outlets, grilles and diffusers. This operation greatly reduces the time required for the performance of the service with minimal interference with normal activities that take place in the areas concerned by the plant maintenance.
Among the notable features of the Aria technology, it has to be mentioned the system of collection of material removed and the system of purification of the used air.
The air rich of particulate and deposits which have been detached from the inside of the duct, pass through a series of filters where the last of these is an absolute filter. This high efficiency filtration has great advantages: it keeps free the areas served by the plant under maintenance from potentially dangerous particulate dispersions, making the rooms immediately usable and guarantees the protection of the operator that are running the clean duct.
A JOB UNDER THE TERMS OF LAW
Aria SpA has always focused and perfectly in line with the legal regulations and technical standards:
- “CONSOLIDATED LAW ON SAFETY (LEGISLATIVE DECREE 81, 09/04/2008) – Annex IV – in the field of air quality at the workplace;
- “GUIDELINES FOR THE DEFINITION OF TECHNICAL PROTOCOLS FOR PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE ON AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS” (Official Gazette of 03/11/2006)
- “GUIDELINES FOR THE LEGIONELLOSIS CONTROL” (Official Gazette no.103 of 05/05/2000).
